FAQ
Yes, all are ready stock in our shop. For personalized gift, we will specify it is a personalized gift.
1. Select the product you want
2. Click "Add to cart"
3. You can add more quantity by typing the number of quantity you wish
4. You can click to pay via PayPal (no need to create PayPal account) or click "Checkout" to pay with Credit/Debit Card
5. Check your shipping details to make sure it is correct (we are unable to get back the parcel if it has been picked up by post service)
6. Make payment and submit your order.
Orders will be processed based on payment time. Ready stocks order will be shipped within 24-48hrs. For personalized gifts, we will take min. 5-7 days before shipment.
We charge shipping cost based on total weight of all items you have purchased. Due to the eCrater shipping option limitations, each shipping cost is charged for 450g, 900g then 1800g. If you purchase a total of 300g items, the shipping cost will be charged based on 450g rate, so it is better that you can add more items to enjoy the same rate you are paying for.
All orders below 2kg will be shipped via China Post or USPS. For orders move than 2 kg will be shipped via Courier Service. Please contact us if you need big quantity or wholesale lots before placing order.
For ready stocks, you can cancel your order within 3 hrs after placing your order. Any request for cancellation of order after 3 hrs placing the order will not be entertained. For any personalized gift, you are not allowed to cancel the order once your order payment is made.
We will provide a tracking number for each order after shipment. You can track your parcel here https://www.17track.net/en or any other tracking site which you are able to track the parcel.
We are sorry to tell that we do not accept any return order for a refund for a reason that the product is not up to your expectation, eg:
1. Due to color of product photo displays in our shop is different from what you have expected. It is very common that the lighting can affect the color of the products while we take the photo of the product when comparing to an actual product. It might have slight difference in actual color sometimes.
2. Sizes is not as per your expectation. We provide all actual sizes in each product description, we assume that you have read and understood the products information provided when you place order.
3. You do not need it anymore due to late delivery to your doorstep. Delivery time is out of our control. We are unable to control the deliver time once your order leaves our warehouse and picked up by the post services companies.
Please do not accept the parcel if the packaging is damaged. You can request the postman to return to us. Please check your parcel within 24hrs after it has been delivered to you, take a picture, contact us if you have any problem. We do not accept any request for refund after 48 hrs the parcel has been delivered based on the tracking result.
